Salloum land port is located on top of the Salloum Plateau, at an altitude of about 240 meters above sea level on the Egyptian-Libyan border. It is opposite the Libyan port of Salloum. It is the port that connects Egypt to the Maghreb countries. The port is used for the transit of individuals and goods between Egypt and Libya. The planning of this port took into account the provision of all facilities.
