Sayed Metwally, Assistant Minister of Transport for Land, Dry Ports, and Logistics, to assume the duties of Chairman of the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports, succeeding Maj. Gen. Eng. Mohamed Mostafa Abdel Rahman Laban."
